Good location near the airport/ big comfortable rooms

Some features of the room were a bit outdated, parking charge is expensive compared to other nearby hotels

Everything was great and we both loved the hotel. The decor, style and spaciousness of the hotel itself and the room was more than we expected. The chaise lounge was a good addition to the room and very comfy. The pool area looked wonderful and the views over the bay and the skyline was lovely. As the weather wasn't at its best the outdoor area was empty while we were there. Breakfast, included in the stay, was very very good. A good selection of hot and cold items, including make your own waffles and freshly squeezed orange juice. The service was top-notch. The airport shuttle was really convenient and ran on time every 30 minutes.

I would have given 5* The only let down was how cold the hotel was. We tried lowering the AC but the room was still very cold and, in the end, had to turn off the AC and requested some blankets from reception. The hallways were extremely cold and going down to the bar/restaurant we noted all the other guests were sitting down to eat/drink with their coats on, some with scarves. Consensus was the hotel was far too cold and therefore quite uncomfortable. Some of the items on the restaurant/bar menu are a bit more pricey than at other hotels of the same category we've stayed at but my Cajun shrimp taco was delicious and my husband had more chicken wings than he could eat - the portion was very generous. The buttons for the lifts were missing so calling the lift required pushing your finger into an open "socket" - very difficult with long nails but not a big deal.

Staff at bar seemed inconvenienced by my presence! Hotel advertised a restaurant and online says open 6:30-10:30 but it never opened and had to order from bar. When I arrived at 5 after traveling and not eating all day they did not advise this so I waited and then was told can only order from bar menu.

Disappointed that Diablo Restaurant was not open for dinner. Bar not as good

Bus driver of the complimentary shuttle from the airport to hotel demanding a tip. A complementary service should be complementary…. Pay the man a proper wage

The bed was comfortable The food was excellent The room was spacious, and within walking distance of a Starbucks,Panera,Publix,and a Massage Parlor etc.

Toilet had low flush,the instructions on how to exit /enter the parking lot were not explained during check in as we used an Uber.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly. Front desk (Ravier?) was super helpful.

Our room was cold and there was no way to heat it.also “city View” is really a view of the airport!

I liked the room and the view , the hotel lobby and the pool area were very relaxing. The staff were incredibly helpful.

I found the pillows to be far too big , I woke up with a sore neck both mornings as they elevate your head really high for a pillow .

It is literally across the road from the airport. From my room I could watch planes landing and taking off. Surprisingly it wasn’t too loud but you can hear some noise from the larger planes.

My first impression was that the front line staff needed some training. The lady was borderline rude and not welcoming to a guest just checking in. She demanded my ID before saying anything else. Maybe I’m used to staying at more pleasant hotels.

They try to change me for my room more than I been booked for and the room wasn’t very clean.
